Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use paxis-hk.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Meeting WCAG 2.2 AA also covers the requirements of WCAG 2.1 AA and 2.0 AA.

What we have done

  • Text and background colors meet WCAG contrast ratios.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
  • Pages use headings, landmarks and lists in a logical order, so screen readers can follow them.
  • Images that carry information have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Every form field has a visible label. Errors are described in text, not by color alone, and tell you how to fix them.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% and the layout works on small screens without scrolling sideways.
  • Animations are minimal and respect the "reduce motion" setting of your device.
  • The website works without cookies and without any third-party accessibility overlay.

How we checked

On 5 November 2026 we checked the website with automated tests (color contrast, links, page structure, form errors) and with manual keyboard tests in Chromium, at screen widths from 320 to 1920 pixels, in light and dark mode, and at 200% and 400% zoom. We have not yet tested with a screen reader or in Safari and Firefox. We will do this and update this statement.

Current status

We aim to conform with WCAG 2.2 level AA. We are not aware of any failures.

Known limitations

Documents we send by email, such as quotes, inspection reports and certificates, are often produced by our manufacturing partners or by third-party software and may not be fully accessible. If you need any document in another format, ask us and we will help.
