Our network of partner factories
PAXIS does not own factories. We work with vetted partner factories in southern and eastern China. Each job goes to the qualified factory that suits the process, material and quantity, and finishing work such as anodizing or coating goes to specialist shops the factory works with.

Factories by process
The network covers the full range of technologies and materials available in Chinese industry. Our main capabilities are CNC machining including 5-axis, sheet metal and laser cutting, plastic machining, casting and injection molding, springs, fixtures, packaging, and the assembly of kits; any other process is quoted to your drawing. Finishing is done by specialist shops that work with these factories.

How a factory is qualified
- Capabilities: the processes and equipment our customers' parts need.
- Portfolio of past work, and the production quality seen in it.
- Sample parts, measured against their drawings.
- A visit to the factory, and the manufacturer's reputation.
- Factories stay in the network on results: drawing questions raised early, first articles that pass, reports that match the parts.
03Visits
Visited several times a year
We visit the factories in our network several times a year. With the factories we communicate in Chinese, and in English with some of them. Our team includes native Chinese speakers fluent in English, so nothing is lost in translation between your drawing and production.
04Selection
How a factory is selected for your part
We select the right qualified factory for your part: the best quality at the most competitive price. You receive one quotation from PAXIS, place one PO with PAXIS and pay PAXIS in US dollars. You never pay a supplier in China directly.
05Repeat orders
What stays constant
Repeat orders run with the same factory, your drawing revision and the same inspection and quality verification requirements, unless you approve a change. One contact at PAXIS holds the whole history of the part.
